Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SnapCAM mobile application or accessing the website snapcam.app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is provided by CYT Bilisim ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

SnapCAM is a mobile application that converts photographs into CNC-ready files including G-code, DXF, and SVG formats. The Service includes AI-powered contour detection, a 2D vector editor with ±0.01mm precision, G-code generation for laser cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC milling, machine profile management, and a built-in material database.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials
• Be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• Maintain one account per person or legal entity
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes up to 3 projects per month with basic contour detection and G-code export.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans (Pro/Usta at $29/₺499 per month, and Enterprise/Fabrika at $79/₺1,499 per month) are billed monthly. Prices are as listed on the Service at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy for global users and PayTR for users in Turkey. By subscribing, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

4.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if the Service has not been substantially used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including illegal manufacturing activities
• Use the Service to generate files intended for weapons manufacturing
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Share, resell, or sublicense account access (except under Enterprise/Fabrika team plans)
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded images, projects, and generated files (G-code, DXF, SVG). We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Our Property

The SnapCAM software, branding, AI models, algorithms, and documentation are owned by CYT Bilisim and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Precision Disclaimer

While SnapCAM uses Decimal arithmetic for maximum precision (not floating-point), measurement accuracy depends on image quality, lighting conditions, reference object accuracy, and camera calibration. The built-in editor supports ±0.01mm precision for dimensioning. Always perform a test cut and measure results before production runs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYT Bilisim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYT Bilisim, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All locally stored project files on your device will remain accessible to you.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
